5% of the management fees from the rents and the maintenance plus the VAT (free personalised quote) if your real estate is important please refer to us.
50% reduction from the maintenance fees at the arrival of the first tenant and 100% reduction for each new tenant without a deadline.

With a patrimony of more than 500 plots mainly situated in Verneuil/Avre, Breteuil sur Iton, Bourth, l’Aigle and their counties, Paris and the Normandy coast.
The estate management is maintained by our team centralised in Verneuil/Avre, only the commercial aspect is delegated to our group of collaborators.
